Spotless room, had an excellent stay for the price. Large bathroom, and coffee/tea makers, an iron with ironing board and a work desk. Easy location in fairly nice area, near to Fort Myers, and restaurants and the airport.

I called ahead of time and was told there was free parking for our vehicle if we stayed at hotel.we booked a room for the convience of leaving our car there and using the shuttle service to take us to airport. Then we told a fee to leave our car there. not what I was told before I booked the room. We didn't leave the car as planned. We travel often and will not be staying there again.

Calm area, secluded location right by airport and restaurants and shopping, the malls and shops. Great and courteous staff with good manners. Nice variety of toast and hot waffles for breakfast:)))

The room was clean and spacious.

I was disappointed by the virtual check-in process, as there was no staff on-site to assist. The absence of a remote control and the minimal amount of pillows. Trying to reach the front desk was a frustrating challenge, with busy signals and long waits for help that never came.

It was a great get-away for my boyfriend and me who were in town visiting my sister. Great price for an included breakfast until 9:30 and coffee makers are provided in each room. Not luxury, but a great value!

Construction was being done while we stayed.. Also, since we left the room at eleven AM one day we missed the maid services... We put the sign on the door asking for our room to be serviced but it never was.
